About GRM
Growth Resilience Measure LLC (GRM) was established in 2022 to address human resiliency to improve lives and performance of individuals, organizations, and communities. Human resiliency is what both founders recognize as the key factor that supported their personal and professional development. Recent research also affirms the significant role of resiliency in educational, business, and professional achievements. GRM is committed to offering equity-minded solutions for developing personal resiliency for organizational success.
Meet The Team
Jonathan Locust, Jr., Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Locust earned his Ph.D. from the University of Toledo in Social Foundations of Education, focusing on Research Measurements.
He is a certified six sigma black belt (CSSBB) and has a thorough understanding of the DMAIC model to improve process efficiency. Much of his work is applied to predicting consumer behavior outcomes.
Eri Fujieda, Ph.D.
Chief Operations Officer
Dr. Fujieda received her Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in Sociology and taught undergraduate and graduate courses for more than a decade. More recently she has served as the Director of Institutional Planning, Assessment & Research, earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and led projects to identify and address patterns and sources of inequity in educational achievements and experiences.
Oscar McKnight, Ph.D.
Chief Research Officer
Dr. McKnight, as a mental health professional, brings over 35 years of experience as both a practitioner and administrator. His concentration is statistics, analysis, and psychometrics. He also has a graduate degree, specifically in Research and Evaluation.
